What this is
A public library of outreach templates — cold emails, LinkedIn DMs, recruiter messages, sales follow-ups — rated by anyone. The score is the point: it tells you which messages actually land.
Submitting is free. Every submission is read by a person before it appears, usually within a day.

What you may submit
A real message you actually sent. Not something written for the board, and not something generated.
Do not submit messages containing another person's real name, email address, phone number, or company. Anonymise before submitting — replace them with placeholders such as [first name] or name@company.com. Submissions that republish someone else's contact details are rejected.
Limits: title 80 characters, message 2000, context 300.
Your own contact details
The name and link you add to your own listing are public by design — that is what makes a good template double as a portfolio piece.
One link only, and it must start with https://. You may keep your own query parameters — including your own utm_source, so you can see in your analytics which clicks came from here. Parameters whose value is another URL are removed, because those turn any link into a redirect to somewhere we never checked.
If you do not add your own, we append utm_source=pitchjury.net to outbound clicks so the traffic is attributable either way. Short links are resolved to their destination, and one that cannot be resolved is not accepted. Chat and invite links, adult and gambling sites, and known malware domains are refused. Outbound links carry nofollow, so this is not a place to buy backlinks. A listing whose link breaks these rules is removed.
Voting
Templates are voted on publicly, and scores can go down. One vote per person per template. Clicking the same arrow again removes your vote; clicking the other one switches it.
Votes are deduplicated without storing IP addresses. Your address is hashed with a secret salt inside the request that handles your vote and is never written to a database, a log, or any response. The hash cannot be reversed into an address.
Percentages are hidden below 10 votes. A template at 100% from two votes tells you nothing, and showing it as 100% would make every other score less trustworthy.
Prohibited content
Submissions are rejected if they contain any of the following:
- Slurs, hate speech, or demeaning generalisations about a group
- Religious content, commentary, or sectarian references
- Political content of any kind
- Any reference to the UAE government, its rulers, or ruling families
- Sexual, suggestive, or adult content
- A named private individual, or real contact details, inside the message itself
- Promotion of gambling, interest-based lending, adult services, or crypto schemes
- Pure advertising with no reusable template — the most common thing we reject
- Links to any of the above
Editing and removal
When you submit, you get a private link to your template. It is the only way to edit or delete it — there are no accounts here, so keep it. Editing the message puts it back in the review queue; editing only the title or your own details does not.
